The service

Life Progress is a personal planning assistant that helps you organize goals, track progress, run financial simulations, and chat with an AI coach. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Not financial advice

AI-generated insights, decision analyses, simulator projections, and coach responses are informational only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to submit content that violates the rights of others.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not abuse the AI coach or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Do not upload personal data of other people without their consent.

Fair usage

AI chat and decision analysis are subject to per-minute and per-day limits to protect the service. Limits and available features may change over time.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions made based on the app's output.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
